Each physical therapist at Painless Pregnancy is highly skilled and trained in obstetric care. That means that if there is a technique or approach that has been discovered to be effective in helping pregnant or postpartum women be pain-free or move well, then they know about it.
Our therapists are AMAZING. They will not rush you through your stories. They will not roll their eyes at your concerns. They will NOT minimize what you are going through or compare you to other moms. Our therapists care deeply about moms. And it shows.
My name is Luly! I graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s in Health Science and went on to earn my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Florida as well. While still at school I became pregnant and had my first child. During my delivery, there were a series of unfortunate events resulting in a 4th-degree tear, a nerve injury in my leg, and a skull fracture to my beautiful baby boy. Because I was unable to feel my legs or walk on my own, I was discharged from the hospital wearing diapers, in a wheelchair, with my newborn. I did not know what to do or where to turn. It was these traumatic experiences that fueled my passion and inspired me to pursue .
a career in Women’s Health specializing in pregnancy and postpartum care.
I have continued my specialty training in obstetrics at Brooks Rehabilitation, with Lyn Schulty from the Institute of Birth Healing, the American Physical Therapy Association, and Isa Herrera of Pelvic Pain Relief. I created and ran a pre and postnatal rehabilitation and fitness program, from 2010-2012, and have worked in various physical therapy settings ranging from outpatient adult/pediatric orthopedic to inpatient and acute care.
I have gone on to have 2 more beautiful children and feel blessed every day that I have the privilege to serve others while pursuing my passion.

Hello, I’m Dr. Belinda, a pelvic floor physical therapist. I completed my Bachelors degree in Physical Education at Florida International University and received my Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Miami.
Upon learning about the pelvic floor anatomy and its significant influence on the body, and then seeing the struggle that my close family and friends were dealing with, I was amazed about how prevalent related issues can be. I then became determined to educate those around me about the power of the pelvic floor and the ability to treat and improve commonly accepted impairments.
Being born and raised in Miami, I am bilingual in English and Spanish. I also understand the diversity in cultures and customs and am dedicated to help people from all walks of life.
During pregnancy and postpartum, your body goes through MANY incredible changes for your baby’s growth and delivery. You deserve to understand what those physiological changes are, why they happen, address any issues, and feel confident and comfortable in your body throughout this journey. Incontinence, low back pain, pelvic pain, tailbone pain, postural changes, muscle weakness, prolapse, difficulty moving, are all common impairments associated with pregnancy. But just because they are common, DOES NOT make them normal. It is possible to treat and prevent these conditions with physical therapy. I am here to empower you and your body through optimal movement and education through your journey to be the best mother that you can be.

Hi! My name is Dr. Adrianna, and I am a Women’s Health and Pelvic Floor Therapist with
Painless Pregnancy. I am a double ‘cane, and received my Bachelor’s in Health Science as well as my Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Miami.
When I was in my early 20’s, I learned first hand what it meant to have pelvic floor dysfunction. I was scared, embarrassed, and lost, until I learned about pelvic floor physical therapy. After seeking help for myself, I threw myself into learning more about treatment of the pelvic floor.
I have pursued continuing education through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and the Institute of Clinical Excellence. With this education, I have been able to successfully help women dealing with issues such as incontinence, sexual dysfunction, dyspareunia, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, and constipation. I believe that every woman deserves to love, understand, and feel comfortable with their bodies before they get pregnant, during pregnancy, and postpartum in order to feel their best!!
I am a firm believer that movement is medicine and have a passion for teaching Pilates. The principles of Pilates influence how I work as a therapist. These principles include control, precision, and breath, and together we can unlock your movement potential and help you heal.

Are you ready?
We want to talk with you prior to scheduling your first visit because what we do is different. Physical therapy can be tricky, let’s chat briefly to be certain that we are exactly what you need. And if we aren’t, we will be happy to point you in the right direction.
Words can’t explain the value of having a doctor help you with your body in your own house. Dr. Belinda is able to help me with my toddler running around and my newborn next to me.
