Each physical therapist at Painless Pregnancy is highly skilled and trained in women's health, pelvic floor, and obstetric care. That means that if there is a technique or approach that has been discovered to be effective in helping pregnant or postpartum women be pain-free or move well, then they know about it.
Our therapists are AMAZING. They will not rush you through your stories. They will not roll their eyes at your concerns. They will NOT minimize what you are going through or compare you to other moms. Our therapists care deeply about moms. And it shows.
Marissa Tresgallos, PT,
Hello, my name is Cara Hoffer. I am so happy and blessed to be a part of the amazing team at Painless Pregnancy! I am a Physical Therapist specializing in treatment of various orthopedic and women’s health conditions. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Physiology from San Francisco State University and went on to receive my Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2014. After spending many years in the traditional outpatient physical therapy setting, I have developed a great passion for Women’s Health/Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy. As a mom of two young girls, I have found my niche in serving pregnant and post-partum clients in our community through this specialty. I believe in a
comprehensive approach to care, blending orthopedic knowledge and a strong manual therapy skill set with knowledge for specific pregnancy and postpartum conditions. I have completed coursework through the American Physical Therapy Association Academy of Pelvic Health and Institute for Birth Healing. I am interested in becoming an educator of Physical Therapy students in both the clinical and academic setting. I am excited to continue to learn and grow in my ability to serve our clients here in South Florida through various treatment approaches. I am proud to be a part of the tribe at Painless Pregnancy. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and working with all of you!

Hi! My name is Esther Bichachi and I’m ecstatic to be a part of the Painless Pregnancy team. I graduated from Brandeis University with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences in 2008. After working with a physical therapist and falling in love with the profession, I made the decision to go to graduate school and obtain my Doctorate in Physical Therapy degree from University of Miami. Since graduating in 2014, I have worked with virtually all patient populations, including adults, geriatrics, and pediatrics. While at UM, I completed an internship in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation and was immediately interested in serving this particular group of people. After having my own two babies (boy mom here!), and experiencing the
difficulties many mothers face in the medical community, I found my passion for serving pregnant and postpartum women. In fact, I was 7.5 months pregnant when I reached out to Painless Pregnancy because I felt like I could truly empathize with their patients. Thanks to the wonderful advice from Dr. Vigo, my second delivery went much easier and I was even able to help treat my diastasis and pelvic pain while in my third trimester—I was shocked and amazed that it was so treatable that late in my pregnancy! After experiencing some of Dr. Vigo’s treatments firsthand, and having a recent pregnancy/postpartum experience, I am well equipped to serve all you momma’s. I’m currently working to complete my Certificate of Achievement in Obstetric Physical Therapy through the American Physical Therapy Association. I’ve also taken coursework with Herman & Wallace and Lynn Schulte from Institute of Birth Healing. Coupled with my experience in orthopedic and neurological disorders in various patient populations, I’m ready to bring my own set of skills to Painless Pregnancy to best serve mothers and mom’s-to-be in South Florida. I can’t wait to work with all of you!
I believe in a holistic approach to Women’s Health Physical Therapy. I am passionate about sharing the knowledge I have acquired throughout my career to empower women to be the best version of themselves physically, emotionally and spiritually.
