Until Every Pregnancy Is Painless
Kathleen Vigo, PT, DPT
Hi, I’m Kat, the founder of Painless Pregnancy. As a first time mom, I had no idea what to expect in the way of managing my pregnancy. I went upstairs from my clinic where I worked, knowing there were two OB offices on that floor. I chose one of those two based off of appointment availability, and I did whatever that doctor suggested. This ultimately ended up with the decision to induce me at week 39, with the explanation that the baby was “measuring big”. This induction resulted in over 24 hours of labor, a 4th degree tear, and a whopping 7lb boy. Even though my baby was healthy, I was devastated and mortified at my own outcome. I spent days and weeks wondering if my body would ever heal fully, or if I would be capable of resuming my heavy-duty job as a physical therapist. Little did I know that this single life event would ignite a fire in me that led to the creation of a company that would change the face of postpartum care for all women. Today, moms have the option of receiving high-quality, expert care in the comfort of their own homes to prevent or treat all physical postpartum problems.
I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in the pregnant and postpartum woman. I graduated from the University of Florida in 2005 with a Bachelor’s of Health Science and in 2008 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. I have extensive experience in orthopedic and neurological disorders for people of all ages. My true passion was born when I specialized in obstetrics in 2013 at Brooks Rehabilitation in Jacksonville … FL. Since then, I have continued my specialty training with Lynn Schulte from Institute of Birth Healing, Herman and Wallace, the American Physical Therapy Association, and Isa Herrera of Pelvic Pain Relief. Combining the expertise of Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy with Obstetrics has brought our clinical practice to the next level. My heart behind Painless Pregnancy is that every woman has the opportunity to be given holistic and conservative care to the highest degree.
I am also a daughter, a wife, a mother to two beautiful children, a sister to five amazing people, and a Christian. My intentions for this company stem from my favorite verse in Proverbs: “Commit your works to the Lord‚ and your plans will succeed.”
Luly Diez-Arguellez, PT, DPT
My name is Luly and I am a Women’s Health Physical Therapist with Painless Pregnancy. I graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s in Health Science and went on to earn my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Florida as well. While still at school I became pregnant and had my first child. During my delivery, there were a series of unfortunate events resulting in a 4th-degree tear, a nerve injury in my leg, and a skull fracture to my beautiful baby boy. Because I was unable to feel my legs or walk on my own, I was discharged from the hospital wearing diapers, in a wheelchair, with my newborn. I did not know what to do or where to turn.
It was these traumatic experiences that fuels my passion and inspired me to pursue a career in Women’s Health specializing in pregnancy and postpartum care.
I have continued my specialty training in obstetrics at Brooks Rehabilitation, with Lyn Schulty from the Institute of Birth Healing, the American Physical Therapy Association, and Isa Herrera of Pelvic Pain Relief. I created and ran a pre and postnatal rehabilitation and fitness program, from 2010-2012, and have worked in various physical therapy settings ranging from outpatient adult/pediatric orthopedic to inpatient and acute care.
I have gone on to have 2 more beautiful children and feel blessed every day that I have the privilege to serve others while pursuing my passion.

Danielle Rivera, PT, DPT
My name is Danielle Rivera, I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in Women’s Health and Wellness. I believe it is important to share my education along with my professional and personal experiences so you can get to know me better. I graduated from the University of Miami with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. After practicing physical therapy for 15 years I decided to further my education at the University of South Florida and earned my doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
For over 20 years I have been treating patients of all ages and from all walks of life with an emphasis in orthopedics, spine, and women’s health. Six years ago, I established a pelvic health program at Palms West Hospital serving women in the western communities of Palm Beach. Helping women who are struggling with their health, physical activity and changes in their body during pregnancy, post-partum and natural aging has been a perfect fit for me as a physical therapist. In truth I pursued women’s health to add a special niche and variety to my current practice. My decision to specialize in Women’s Health has made my practice more rewarding than I ever thought possible.
Exercise and wellness play a vital role in my life. I enjoy restorative yoga and indoor cycling, which has become a huge passion of mine. I love to travel. In 2017 I had the opportunity to visit India. There I participated in a ministry program that focused on equipping women with the skills and tools they need to help them provide for their children. This experience and my own passion for wellness have helped shape my goals for the future. It is empowering when I see women become stronger and more confident in themselves. I feel blessed to be a part of lives that have been changed and continue to be an advocate for women through my professional and personal life.
